When discussing small firm and entrepreneurial behavior, the phrase “been there- done that” may be perfect. Over the course of fifteen years of consulting with small businesses, we have seen much. However, we have stopped being amazed at the consistency of cause and effect in firm execution and the entrepreneur’s capability to execute on the basics of small firm management.

While bookstore racks are filled with the newest and most hot technique, spin, retitle, and/or reshuffle of the basics, we still find that the basics are often missing. maybe it is a vocabulary qoute caused by too many books on the same branch with no coarse vocabulary and too much spin.

Pragmatic

Should we be surprised by the fact that every entrepreneur who starts a firm does not know all the basics of running and growing a business? Probably not! Above all, we must remember the following:

Entrepreneurs are human too! Risk takers, yes; fiercely independent, yes: but still human. As humans, entrepreneurs gravitate to what they like and do well and regularly avoid or procrastinate on what they do not like or do not know.
Chances are the entrepreneur knows his/her product/service/industry extremely well as a effect of study and experience, but how about running a business?

We keep the above in mind when we are asked to enter a firm to rate a need. Over time, we have boiled it down to a quick list of firm basics to look for. This list can best be described as “Triage” or a flash diagnostic under fire in the competing battle small businesses fight every day. When asked about the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make, we have found the respond will invariably be found in the Top 10 list below.

Why I Am Doing This?

When forced to ask themselves this question, entrepreneurs often look upon us with blank stares. The definite answer, “to make money”, is the tip of the iceberg. Are you construction a firm to sell? Are you construction a firm for transition to heirs? Often times, the plan beyond next month has not been considered. So when major decisions on capital venture are made, the largest considerations are not on the radar screen.

Growth For Growth!

It is easy to grow a business. It is not all the time easy to grow a firm and keep comparable profitability for the longer term. Too often increase for growth’s sake is the goal. A compounded increase ratio too often allows an entrepreneur to point with pride versus enjoying the financial rewards and ecstasy over Roi, Gross Margin, or an impressive Current Ratio.

I Don’T Need A Budget!

We appraisal that 50% of the businesses under mm in sales have no budget. That is, they have No Plan! When asked, entrepreneurs often believe budgets are stifling, burdensome, and constraining. In our way of thinking, budgets are tools to illuminate goals that are never met but that are written down to benchmark and help you rate what happened versus your ideas, and why.

No Pricing Philosophy/Pricing Too Low!

Margin supervision is without examine one of the most important actions of an entrepreneur. wee time is spent on ongoing and disciplined formal competing pathology and pricing philosophy considerations, i.e., Cost Plus, Perceived Value, etc. Instead, the natural inclination is competitor match which discounts any venture in differentiation made over time.

Failure To form A amount Two!

Having a “go to” person is different from having a amount Two person. The known and disciplined amelioration of a boss to keep the owner and serve as a back-up to the owner in an empowered way is often valuable as enterprises turn the mm in sales mark. Without him/her, you may struggle to turn the mm in sales mark. If you tell person your firm cannot run without you, you may be failing or about to!

Never Forget Who The Best Sales person May Be!

Typical Story: Entrepreneur starts a firm and does it all while selling himself/herself to a success level to grow and bifurcate roles. The decision is made to hire a salesperson and sit back and “run the business”! examine – What is the best application of the entrepreneur’s skills? firm supervision versus sales, association development, and stock knowledge?

In And Out Of The Box thinking & “Doing”!

One of our clients described himself as “someone who is either so far in his box he cannot find the walls Or so far out of the box he cannot see the box.” Entrepreneurs must be out and in. Not out so far that delusion sets in and not in so far that rigidity is retarding. There are two suggestions here: If you are not spending two hours a week learning about your industry, you are probably missing the future. And if you have not tried some new process, product, or method in your firm in the last 12 months, check your pulse quickly!

Anticipating Effects Of firm Levels And Scale!

Every firm in every business has points where convert and venture is required to function, compete, and remain profitable. Anticipating these levels and planning for the funding of capital venture in (1) Technology; (2) People; (3) Plant and Equipment; (4) Restructuring; and (5) Distribution Changes are essential. When asked when and what the next venture in each is planned, how would you answer? Based on what?

Paying, Managing, Measuring Human Assets!

A remarkably small division of small businesses we have entered have leveraged payment systems and productivity monitoring systems for staff other than sales. A smaller division deploys formal payment programs with benchmark wage surveys as a foundation. These omissions introduce the inherent for laborer turnover, capability deficiency, and supervision time waste that are dramatic dampeners of increase and profitability. Too often the same firm will have three pages of statistics on a key piece of tool that is 10% of its cost base. payment is often 50% of its cost base.

Underestimating The Time Commitment For The List Above!

As noted earlier, entrepreneurs are human. They have families and, although most are actualized by their work, they aspire for a balanced life. Failure to allocate the time, by the entrepreneurs themselves, for the supervision responsibilities above too often soldiery them to devote time previously allocated to home and other interests. Over time, this is a method for frustration, conflict, anxiety, and life failure.

There is no surprise that a small firm failed every 30 seconds in 2002. Being an entrepreneur can be more lively than being a ringmaster in a 3-ring circus. The list above does not speak to undercapitalization, cash flow deficiency, and execution failure on contracts, but rather the root causes of each of those outcomes.

Electronics affects many parts of our lives and an electronic engineer can work in a large whole of sectors from radio and satellite production, to the field of acoustics, robotics, mobile phones, telecommunications, signals processing, nanotechnology and others.

The job of an electronics engineer is to research, make and test electrical components in order that electricity is effectively and efficiently utilised in equipment. They may work with engineers from other disciplines as part of a project, and may see projects straight through from start to finish, starting with the research and design, and ending in the actual implementation of the goods and processes.

Engineer

Typical duties associated with this job include

o	Discussing proposals and advent up with new systems and circuits in order to make their ideas

o	Create prototypes and test them

o	Altering the make of products in order to make them work more efficiently

o	Check that the product’s specification allows it to be consistently produced and fit for purpose – oversee potential control

o	Produce detailed technical specifications which can be utilised by acceptable people

o	Adhere to all safety aspects

o	Manage budgets and make decisions based on cost analysis

o	Manage teams of technicians and make sure plans are being followed

Electrical engineers have passage to a large whole of employers from the government (defence and Mod departments), to telecommunications companies, research establishments, electronic equipment manufacturers, digital technology and automotive sector, utility companies, hospitals and educational organisations.

Salaries start at nearby £22,000 to £30,000 and upon gaining touch can be up to £60,000 and above. Salaries vary according to the sector worked in. Most electrical engineers work in areas where there is a lot of manufacturing and work for small to medium sized firms. The hours of work may be long, since the world of electrical engineering is deadline driven and very competitive. Work abroad is possible and work advancement may be helped if an engineer has knowledge of a second language. If working in Europe, engineers can apply for status as a European engineer (Eur Ing) which provides expert recognition abroad and increased employability.

I first heard about Feng Shui about 25 years ago when I was building a very large industrial and retail building in Sydney’s Chinatown.

For an engineering trained building building scheme manager it was strange that this Chinese gentlemen could conclude the best day to start demolition of the old building and how to align the escalators and stairs and much more. Any way this was Chinatown and if it worked, why not go with it and make sure the scheme became a success.

Pragmatic Engineer

Little did I know that 10 years later I would have written a best selling book on Feng Shui, given lectures and consultations. Since that time my experiences have continue to confirm there is a place in our lives for understanding the chi in our built environment and how it flows in and out of our structure and the impact this flow of chi can have on many aspects of our lives along with career, relationships, prosperity and wealth to name just a few.

Feng Shui (pronounced fung shway) is an old Chinese plan which has evolved over thousands of years of notice of the environment and can be seen as both an art and science.

There are so many English translations of the word from both Mandarin and Cantonese that it is spelt a estimate of ways and when you hear it spoken you hear all things from Fung Shway to Feng Sui to an Australian twang of Feng Shooee.

In the end it all means the same thing no matter how you say it. It is about observing the flow of chi over the land and within any built space. If it flows of course then people lives connected with that space, move more freely and if it doesn’t flow then often people in these spaces face obstacles.

The word “Feng” of course means wind and “Shui” means water. So it is the flow of the wind and water which creates a flow of chi within any built space.

Feng Shui has been plan to be superstitious to some Asian people and yet from feel the basic concepts can be applied in a pragmatic way to make a unlikeness to peoples lives. I have seen people find relationships after manufacture changes to their connection projection in their bedroom, go bankrupt when they have a toilet in the wealth projection and many more fabulous stories.

After 25 years of feng shui experiences, I have moved beyond any doubt that there are things in this world which cannot be explained by practical and pragmatic concepts, the idea of invisible power or chi is a very real plan in all our lives and we might as well go with the downstream flow of this chi rather than resist what cannot be explained by regular rational so called worldly concepts.

My final adage is to put a petite Feng Shui in your life not your life in Feng Shui.

What is Feng Shui? – My Personal Introduction and Early Experiences

In July’s habitancy Nadine Gordimer presents a scenario laden with fears. Written in 1981, the book presents a South Africa afflicted by near-worst case Cold War disintegration. With rumoured external support, the urban black habitancy has instigated a revolution of sorts, transforming the cities into war zones. No longer “nice” places to be, they are no longer home for decent white liberals like Bam and Maureen and their youngsters.

Twenty-five years on, it is this aspect o July’s habitancy that grates. The scenario now seems horribly and, perhaps, naively, simplistic, improbable. At the time, habitancy saw things differently, from a perspective that is difficult to spin to whatever who did not live in through the Cold War.

Pragmatic

But then this is an unimportant point. We do not criticize Orwell for the passing of 1984 without Big Brother. Neither do we regard Huxley’s current lack of either Bravery or Novelty as a restriction on the relevance of his book to our world. Similarly, the scenario of Margaret Attwood’s Handmaid’s Tale makes the novel both inherent and successful, but its likelihood is no more probable as a effect of this well-conceived fiction.

So Nadine Gordimer’s scenario, once accommodated, can be taken as a given, an imagined factory upon which the free-standing substance of the story both develops and succeeds, and then this becomes a compel of the book, not a weakness.

Bam and Maureen, long-time employers of a “houseboy” called July, rule on flight. They pack what limited they can in the bakkie – a go-anywhere, basic truck of local manufacture, and set off, mother, father, their two boys, and July, their “boy” to seek safety. Bam bought the truck for bush trips, weekends when they might commune with nature in a limited, controlled way, protected from the harsher demands of mum Nature by the maintained proximity of a retreat to urban protection.

But now the laden truck is driving into new territory. The city is uninhabitable and the journey to July’s rural home area is potentially one way. And so the white-black, black-white relationships of employment, protection, patronage, confidence and condescension are reversed – or at least questioned. And so the liberal white house must come to terms with the precarious necessity of rural poverty. They recognize things in themselves that a sophisticated city gloss has incommunicable or suppressed. They realize how dependent they have been upon status, a commodity not valued in a fundamentally more cooperative way of living.

July’s habitancy is presented from Maureen’s perspective. She is thirty-nine, a fundamentally confident, though constantly doubting, forceful mum and wife. As the book progresses, she tries to keep the memory of the family’s old life as a way of protecting herself and her brood from the threats of new unknowns. Their “boy”, July, is generous, kind, but also pragmatic, and realizes he must make sacrifices on their behalf.

July’s habitancy is ultimately enigmatic. It remains undermined to a degree by the hindsight-rendered unlikeliness of its scenario. Its most suited statement is the way in which the sensibilities of the urban sophisticates are questioned by mere natural necessity. It is a short book, but feels much bigger, much more of a statement as a effect of Nadine Gordimer’s pithy, abrasive style.

Just as the rural poor find a use for everything, Nadine Gordimer wastes not a single phrase or even word, and neither does she consume more than she needs. The book’s prose is frugal in the extreme, the language sometimes pricking like the thorn bush described. It remains a involving book about culture and public identity, despite the unlikeliness of its setting.

It’s a funny old world that we live in. We have to kill things in order to survive. Until someone invents a totally synthetic foodstuff, made from non organic material then yes, the fact of life is that we have to kill things in order to live. I also think that one day, it will become apparent that even vegetables feel pain, so even the strictest vegans have minuscule to feel smug about. So, what can you do?

Well, here’s a rule that I’d like you to adopt. Well, undoubtedly there are two:

Pragmatic Engineer

1.Unless you are going to eat it, don’t kill it.

2.Don’t throw foodstuffs away (freeze, use in soup etc.)

There you go. Two fairly uncomplicated rules. But the first one is impossible to implement. What happens if you become infested with fleas? Lice? Crabs? What are you going to do then? If you’ve got any sense you’re going to kill them. In some parts of the world, mosquitoes carry malaria and much worse. If one lands on you then you Have to kill it (or potentially be killed yourself). But even the Dalai Lama, the Buddhist leader, says it’s okay to kill bed bugs (and Buddhism advocates not killing things). By the way, and undoubtedly as a side note, I think it’s a great idea to get in touch with your spiritual self. Along with exploring and accepting other religions and their way of thinking. You don’t have to ensue them, just understand and accept their beliefs (which is quite hard to do when they ban bikinis!).

But back to the ‘don’t kill things’ secret. You need a degree of pragmatism to live by these two rules. But the principle is sound. Just ask yourself: “Do I have to kill it?”. Time for a real life example. We live in an old bungalow and the external walls are not all that they could be. As a result, we have a wasp nest in the roof. In fact, the nest is directly above our bedroom and we often fall asleep to the quite scary sound of wasps scratching away above our heads. Now, of course, the ‘easy’ riposte would be to call in an exterminator and the problem would be eradicated. But we prefer to

‘let it be’. To let them be. The wasps have a right to this planet as well and as long as they are not bothering us, then I’m going to leave well alone. They’ll be gone once the first autumnal winds come blowing in.

Confession time: I killed a caterpillar earlier this year. Thankfully I stopped at one and I am now the proud owner of the holiest cabbage leaves you have ever seen (blue tits, where are you?).

I also went through a stage of not killing mosquitoes, although after the 1,000th bite I did start to succumb. But please think about the poor old female mosquito for one moment. Not only does she have to survive life under water, avoiding all sorts of creatures that see her as their favourite food, she then has to battle through the outside tension, hatch, find a mate, avoid the bats, who have radar on their side and Then go and find some protein, in the shape of you or I, to then find and be able to lay her eggs in some local pond. Without getting squashed or eaten in the process. How could I possibly put an end to that miraculous endeavour?

It’s the same with ants. They are absolute wonders. How on Earth do they know just what to do? What their role is in the greater scheme of the anthill? Termites are the same. They farm, originate air conditioning units, have an army, the list goes on. Naturally amazing! The coarse housefly is also a wonder of bio-mechanical engineering and can perform manoeuvres that our helicopters can only dream of.

Yet we kill all these creatures without a second thought. With a spray of the can. Or with a thousand gallon of pesticide. Or with a swipe of the hand. A shake of the ant dust. Look, as I sit here I have a fly swat by my side. We live in the country and in the summer, the flies can get a minuscule dominant. They also get particularly attracted to my computer so they can become quite a nuisance. But I don’t just go and kill them. I try and scare them away first. I open the window. Even give them a couple of warning swipes. Most of them get the message. If they don’t, well, I’m only human. The odd one takes a hit.

So, what’s this underground all about? Well, it’s about knowing your place in the world. It’s about ‘treading lightly’. About leaving as minuscule imprint as you can possibly manage. So that includes not killing things. Unless you Have to. Unless you are going to eat them. That’s all.

Trust me. Once you adopt this philosophy the world will thank you. So will the generations to come. Together with the hereafter generations of those mosquitoes you could have killed with one swipe of the hand. Along with those hereafter bats, fish and frogs that will live off them.

A spin off from adopting this philosophy is that you will find that waging war is totally unacceptable to your new way of thinking. Having said that, if my country was being invaded, I would be the first in line to have a shot at the invading forces. You see, the ‘don’t kill things’ underground is not black and white. There’s a lot of grey in there. After all, at this stage, we have to kill to survive. It may not always be that way in the hereafter but for now, kill we must.

All I ask is that you Think before you kill. Unless your survival is directly threatened, don’t kill it. That’s the secret.

 Don’t Kill Things

Although there is not a great deal of information colse to about the true extent of anxiety experienced by heart assault survivors, if you are living with a heart assault survivor, then you may well find that you too suffer from anxiety but there is even less information ready about Your anxiety.

In a sense it is almost hidden. We are all aware that the survivor has been through a terrible experience, is very weak, fragile and anxious about either or not they will palpate another heart attack. So we almost feel guilty at acknowledging that we too can feel anxious. Yet it is prominent to acknowledge this anxiety. When we are anxious, we are less able to be completely supportive and to be emotionally fit enough to be the rock on which our husband or partner depends. We need to be aware of the anxiety in order to be able to offer support.

Pragmatic

When researching this topic for an ebook and based upon personal experience, the main causes of anxiety for those living with someone who had experienced an assault were the following:

Being Isolated

When the survivor is in hospital there is a sense that they are safe because they are in the ‘right place’ if anyone does go wrong. But upon discharge, there is a feeling that this has changed, now they are completely reliant on you taking care of them. This can be a scary feeling.

But to blend this feeling there is also a sense of isolation. Because the someone is so weak and fragile, it is natural to keep visitors to a minimum or to ensure that there are no parties or large group gatherings. This obviously makes sense in the short term, yet if you continue to hide away from the world, then you can end up feeling quite cut off from it and very isolated.

Dealing With the Survivor’s Depression and Anxiety

Estimates vary as to how many heart assault survivors palpate anxiety and or depression, but the most conservative estimates tell that it could be higher than 1 in 3 survivors. In reality, when talking to survivors and their loved ones, very few do not admit to some sense of anxiety or depression.

So we are living with someone who is anxious and depressed and this then compounds the sense of isolation and it can make us feel at a low ebb too. This sounds as if it is very selfish; after all we have not been through the terrible experience. Yet from a pragmatic point of view, it makes sense to simply be aware of the impact that it can have on us; then we can ensure that we remain emotionally strong enough to reserve them!

Ignorance!

Sadly we all have to deal with ignorance. There is a wide spread, but unfounded belief that you have a heart attack, come out of hospital and then life is simply as it always was. But the road to recovery is often slow and at times quite bumpy, with develop seemingly measured in tiny exiguous steps.

People can be harsh. either they ask if the survivor is ‘keeping well’? thereby cutting off any real occasion for you to talk to them about how you of course are. Or they ask how you are and before you can reply, they say ‘Oh sorry, how is…..?’ meaning how is your partner or your husband. If this were to happen just once or twice, then it would be irritating, but it seems to happen all the time. As one woman succinctly stated ‘It is like I was disappearing from the world’.

Cumulative Effect

The strangeness with these ‘issues’ is that on their own, they are manageable. We can live feeling just a exiguous bit isolated, we can live with someone who is anxious, depressed and has been through a terrible experience. But it is tough going having them all at once and this cumulative succeed means that you too can end up anxious and pretty down.

Sadly there is no magic pill, potion or wand to make all things seem sunny and rosy. You need to take care of yourself and at least be aware of the anxiety and the succeed it can have on you. Somehow being aware of the risk of anxiety stops it getting hold and dragging you down. So be aware of the stress you are living under and ensure that you stay well enough to reserve the heart assault survivor both physically and emotionally!

This is an open letter to those who recognize with Republicans, Conservatives, Constitutionalists, or Libertarians. With the primaries in full swing we find ourselves wondering about the credentials of the Republican Nominee..

Each candidate has been weighed, measured and, if talk radio is to be believed, found wanting. If you are going to vote, then you great write in Ron Paul.

Pragmatic

Instead of a thirty second sound bite with all the attached mudslinging or chest thumping, I offer the following and only ask that you apply your own good name, and moral courage.

Jeff Foxworthy coined the phase “If you believe”. And then went on to define a group of people. Well, I am not Jeff, and this isn’t comedy. So here goes:

If you believe that a bloated bureaucracy of a Central Government is the way to go, don’t vote for Ron.

If you believe that it’s ok to be the world’s policeman, don’t vote for Ron.

If you believe that the money issued by the Federal sustain is as “good as gold”, don’t vote for Ron.

If you believe that the only way to address the poor is through federal welfare legislation, don’t vote for Ron.

If you believe that we are destined to join a one-world government as a client state, don’t vote for Ron.

If you believe that the federal government has a responsibility to furnish and regulate your health care, don’t vote for Ron.

If you believe that government spending is just fine, don’t vote for Ron.

If you believe the federal government is the best judge of your kids’ educational needs, don’t vote for Ron.

If you believe “Shall not be infringed” means that you have to ask permission to buy and carry a weapon, don’t vote for Ron.

If you believe that our wage tax is fair and balanced, don’t vote for Ron.

Now, with ten reasons not to vote for Ron, are there any practical reasons we should vote for him?

All labeling aside, Ron Paul is a Constitutionalist. He nothing else but believes that the Congress can only do those things enumerated in narrative 1, section 8 of the Us Constitution. He believes that as a matter of personal freedom it is the government who must illustrate extraction of liberties rather than you who must defend the keeping of them.

In each of the ten Foxworthy reasons, they are either here ,or on the way. None of them are truly constitutional. In each case someone has read into the document and twisted it’s naturally stated meaning until they found what they wanted. Then it was created within the smoke filled rooms.

Ron Paul wants to turn that. He doesn’t have a magic wand. Not everything he advocates will immediately stand up to the challenges of the real world or a Congress carefully to voice its power. What he wants to do is bring the Usa back to a constitutionally precise government.

What would we get from a Ron Paul presidency if Congress opposed his Constitutional adjustments? We’d get an electorate that would come to be very educated in Constitutional matters quick, fast, and in a hurry.

I can picture him in a weekly address telling the population exactly what bills were vetoed and why. He would quote to the population lesson and verse exactly how the bills were not in alignment with our Constitution. Then in the same address, he’d tell the population which bills were passed into law anyway by an override vote.

The Sunday Tv shows would begin to feature constitutional scholars who would argue the esoteric nature of any President Paul decision.

To be truthful, Paul might not be terribly sufficient within his first term. The paradigm shift would have to start from the ground up with his setting the example. By prominent the way and casting a light back upon the Constitution we can hope for a more informed electorate, and, eventually, constitutionally oriented leaders to stand for election.

Today, the immediate issue is either it is worth your time to vote for Paul. No one wants to walk away from the polls believing their vote to be wasted. nothing else but it is worse than wasted if your vote helped to elect the worst of the evils presented. That is what happened to those who voted for Ross Perot. The pragmatic interrogate is: Can Ron Paul and the Us Constitution be elected in November?

That interrogate is where you must stake your own good word, or integrity. It’s the point where you decide to spend in your own moral courage and do the right thing. In order to get past the pragmatic question, you have to look at where we are and how fast we got here. Following adoption of the Constitution we would, from time to time, veer from the path. But, from about 1934 to now we have totally careened off the road and into the wild .

Now, more than ever, we need a Constitutional check on the federal government. We cannot rely on the federal courts to do this. That’s because every piece of law is assumed to be Constitutional unless it is challenged. And, in order to challenge it, the challenger has to achieve “standing” before the court. This fact was demonstrated when the supreme Court stated that an private taxpayer has no standing to challenge how the collected taxes were spent.

Ron Paul has about thirty years in government aid and a narrative that none can match from a Constitutional point of view. He routinely returns money to the federal treasury that wasn’t needed while his reelection campaigns. He consistently votes against bills that restrict personal liberties or expands the reach of the government beyond the limits imposed by the constitution.

Many label him as a kook or nutjob because of a few of his supporters or because they truthfully cannot envision a nation nothing else but governed by the letter of our Constitution. They cannot dream a state such as Kentucky or Mississippi being able to guide its’ own enterprise without requiring an infusion of cash and conditions from the Federal Government.

They cannot envision a United States that maintains the worlds best troops and yet refuses to interfere in someone else nation’s internal politics. A non-interventionalist Usa would still locate, close with, and destroy our true enemies without the need to consider the entanglements of contemporary diplomacy. If attacked by terrorists, nothing would stop us from responding. We can also defend our friends without creating enemies.

No one doubts that we are spicy toward socialism in all but name. No one doubts that the treasury and tax buildings is in shambles. No one doubts that this choice will pivot us onto a path that it may not be inherent to return from.

Each time Ron Paul runs and loses he’s garnered more and more attention. The message is getting out. But, without his example in the white house, the message will be drowned out by the legislation that increases our government’s size and reach. It will be drowned out by the tax increases and by the entitlements programs. It will be drowned out as we lose our status as the most successful free and sovereign nation on the planet. It will be drowned out as the Bill of rights is watered down. It will be drowned out as the last vestiges of a States unique identity and way of life are forever snuffed out in favor of the strong central government.

Now, I am request you to commit your own good name and your integrity. I am request you to reach deep into your store of moral courage to do what is right. I am request you to commit your voice and send this letter to your friends and neighbors for discussion. And of course, I am request you to vote for Ron Paul in the remaining primaries or write his name in while the general Election.

Very Respectfully,

Open Letter to Republicans, Conservatives, Constitutionalists, and Libertarians – Vote for Ron Paul

It has been a matter of intense discussions and studies on the advantage of long tailed keywords in internet marketing. Though the views and results differ, it has been unanimously appropriate that long tail keywords are commodity definite and if used pragmatically, it will boost sales without any doubt.

Facts about long tail keywords

Pragmatic Engineer

They behave differently for separate companies. Some enterprise might taste a sudden boost of their sale due to them whereas others barely find any convert in their sales records.
Long keywords should be definite without the use of many connectors like of, and, by etc as these connectors will divert the crusade instead of being specific.
The products conclude length of a keyword. Long keywords can be very beneficial for the commodities or products that are specific. For example, to be definite about the technology used in inkjet printers, a long keyword like piezoelectric crystal technology based inkjet printer will bring more definite traffic than naturally using inkjet printer technology.
The long keyword may not be an rejoinder for a paid crusade budget. It is not necessary that paid links will be affected by long keywords. Either it is the free links or paid links, crusade engines will behave equally and so the onus lies on the advertiser to use them judiciously.
The retailers who are dealing with Stock holding Unit based commodities find long tail keywords more convenient and leading as their marketing strategy. The definite keywords help them to reach the target shop nothing else but and the sale is increased manifold.
Many Google AdWords advertisers have found keywords very leading in generating revenue. Some advertisers have increased their earnings generation as much as 83% by using long tail keywords.

How To Effectively Use Long Tail Keywords

There are many ways to use effectively and thus increase your internet marketing campaign on the crusade engine.

First of all, find out all the long keywords that are convenient for your goods from the Ibp’s keyword tools. The keywords need to be created by holding in mind the type of goods and any special highlight that you want to bring forth. It is very easy to originate long tail keywords from the Ibp’s Keyword Tools by clicking on the “Expand Keyword” tab.
Avoid using jumbled or non-meaningful long keywords as they hardly can sustain you in crusade engine optimization. Use very definite and linked long keywords for best results.
Use of connectors should be minimal to make the long tail keywords effective.

If you use long tail keywords properly, then they will nothing else but increase your earnings from internet marketing.

Long Tail Keywords Are Commodity exact

The Itil Incident management process talks about Hierarchical and Functional escalations but did not call out “escalation management” as a isolate and leading Itil process within service Operation.

In my previous organization, escalation management is a well-defined and documented process. It is even handled or managed by a isolate dedicated team of people. This “escalation center” function works intimately with the service Desk function. It also supports the field or on-site sustain engineers who taking on Maintenance and sustain roles.

Engineer

When I started out as a rookie service engineer, the knowledge that there is a team of experts which I can call upon to help out in major incidents or problems is often reassuring. The fact that the service Desk or an on-site technical or application sustain engineer has escalated a major incident or qoute to the “escalation center” function and there is a team of experts attending to the escalated incident or qoute is also reassuring to the Customer.

Escalation management is to bring order, structure, focused management attentiveness and additional resources to those buyer situations which could otherwise consequent in a high level of buyer dissatisfaction and/or damage to the service Provider’s reputation. These are situations which could lead to vital loss of firm to the buyer or It service supplier or where vital costs may be incurred by It service supplier to determine the buyer situation. The criteria to trigger an escalation depend on the assosication or service provider. But it should be well defined.

The process could consist of the following activities:

Initiate an Escalation, based on meeting specific escalation criteria
Assign an Escalation boss for the escalation
Log the Escalation and link the Escalation article to linked Incident or qoute records
Escalation boss assigns or appoints the escalation team. The escalation team should comprise the Incident owner, qoute owner, and other branch matter experts, as required
Identify approved service supplier and buyer management contacts
Conduct a detailed situation appraisal and review, led by the escalation manager
An escalation management activity plan, including additional resources needed, is developed in conjunction with the Customer. The escalation management plan is to be executed in parallel with the detailed technical activity plan (as per Incident/Problem Management)
The escalation management activity plan is reviewed and adjusted as required
A Hierarchical Escalation (as per Incident management process) is initiated, if appropriate. Senior management and executives are alerted.
Escalation team works to determine the problem. At each stage, records are updated and management contacts and team are informed of the develop and escalation plan reviewed and adjusted as required.
Once resolved to the Customer’s satisfaction, the situation is monitored for an agreed period
The escalation team remains on standby and ready in case the qoute recurs while the monitoring period
Once the monitoring period is successfully completed, the escalation is accomplished by the escalation manager, after seeking business agreement with the Customer
Once the escalation is closed, a post escalation relate is conducted and input provided to the qoute management process. This can be done in conjunction with the Major qoute relate which is part of qoute Management.
As can be seen above, Escalation management is intimately linked to and supports the Incident Management, request management and qoute management processes. It is an leading process that should be treated with equal or greater focus as compared to these other well-defined Itil processes.
